We really played ourselves with Stoop. We wrote on the can 'this won't win any awards and then it did. Lol. Lager is a challenge in Nolo, we fought hard to bring complexity to the brew whilst maintaining subtlety and crispness. This beer converts jaded craft beer nerds to Lager. Using Styrian wolf and Nelson Sauvin hops, then conditioning for a long time on white oak, we add layers of complexity on top of an American pilsner base. More than just a crispy boi.
