The classic! Created in 1956 by Leonhard Hofmann, the first beer brewed in the Pilsner style in the Aischgrund region. For lovers of hoppy beers. Very thinly mashed to extract only the "noble ingredients" from the malt. Cold fermented and traditionally cold-aged. Light golden color with finely bubbled carbonation. A summer meadow of fresh scents: herbs, citrus, fresh grass. Soft and hoppy on the first sip. The delicate hop bitterness delights the palate in the aftertaste! The "Aischgrund Classic" is the result of traditional, artisanal brewing!
